The layout of the halls provides a large number and varied size of exhibition stands. Stands are available as space only or can include a complete shell scheme package. Please see the options available below and indicate your wishes in the application form.

How to Exhibit at GRAPAS Asia 2026

Fill in the online stand proposal form with your stand preferences and company profile.
Our sales team will contact you to discuss the available locations, stand sizes and participation options. You can choose between space only or a shell scheme package.
Based on your preferences, you will receive a tailored stand proposal.
Once you approve the proposed stand location, we will send you a confirmation letter and the first invoice for 50% of the participation costs.
Two months before the event, you will receive the second invoice for the remaining 50%.
You can also increase your visibility by booking additional branding opportunities or a technical seminar to present your company and expertise.
